What is Chinese Medicine?

Traditional Chinese Medicine is a holistic system, which treats individuals for a wide variety of physical, emotional and psychological concerns. Chinese Medicine promotes, maintains and restores health and wellness by encouraging an even flow of energy throughout the body.

Stress, trauma, poor diet and other conditions disrupt the body; pain and illness may result.

To help your body getting back to harmony, Chinese Medicine will use different alternative therapy tools such as:

Acupuncture

Scrapping

Chinese Herbs

Cupping Therapy

Bleeding

Injection Therapy

What is Acupuncture Treatment?

Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese therapy that works through inserting ultra-fine disposable needles, underneath the skin at specific points in the body. An acupuncturist treatment restores the flow of energy, disrupts blockages and relaxes your muscles and mind.

It has been scientifically proven that it can help to treat conditions including:

Headaches/Migraines

Pain

Insomnia

Diarrhea

Constipations

Infertility

Stress Management

Skin Diseases

What is Cupping Medicine?

Relatively unknown to most people living in the West until recently, cupping therapy is an alternative therapeutic method that has been popular in China since around 1000 B.C. Some records show that variations of cupping practices might actually be much older — possibly dating as far back as 3000 B.C. Cupping involves the use of cups applied to a patient in a series of positions in order to produce suction. The vacuum effect targets areas of skin and deep tissue, which is beneficial for dulling pain, breaking up deep scar tissue, and relaxing tender muscles or connective tissue. The purpose of cupping is to enhance circulation, help relieve pain, remove heat and pull out the toxins that linger in your body’s tissues.
